Today marks the launch of Menu To Thrive. I completed school at the University of Arizona in Integrative Health Coaching in December and have been working hard pulling all the different pieces together to launch my new journey. I’m under the philosophy right now that “If you build it, they will come.” If I build a place for women, men, teens, families, and kids to connect, heal, find meaning, and build a sustainable wholesome life they will come.

Menu To Thrive has been a dream of mine since my daughter was a little over one. It took multiple enrollments into different schools, tons or research, networking, asking a lot of questions, and a lot of hard work to bring my dream to fruition… and today is the day. I’m at a pivotal point in my career where I can take my 14 years of nursing and education experience, add a dash of functional nutrition, a pinch of Integrative Medicine, and a heaping scoop of Integrative Health Coaching, which is at the core of it all to help and heal people.  I’m a caregiver, it is built into the core of my being and at Menu To Thrive I finally have the freedom to truly give the proper care. Welcome each and every one of you who may stumble upon Menu To Thrive. I hope you become intrigued at what Integrative Health Coaching is; and regarding this blog, I hope you can find inspiration to improve the health of your mind, body, and spirit.
